The Mythic Arts of Ivan Szendro
Dear Friends,
It is an honor for me to be represented as a myth-maker on the pages of the Coreopsis. Since I dropped into that floody moment in my legendary village in Hungary I had a clear choice that myth is what would entertain me through my whole life; to reconstruct a myth from ruins, remold it and see what does this new-born myth do with me. It started like an avant-garde escape not just from the Dictatorship, but from modern life. And it taught me about much more than I thought it will, in fact it saved my life, and ultimately it helped me help rebuilding that ruined village, where we; the myth and me met. I would be glad to share with all who are interested what I learned through my mythological-healing journey.
