Greetings, The PantheaCon Programming team would like to inform you that the online programming form for PantheaCon 2016 is available on our website! We invite anyone interested in presenting at PantheaCon 2016 to go to https://pantheacon.com/wordpress and click on one of the links to Submit a Presentation Idea or Resources for Presenters. If you have questions about the process, please email them to programming(at)pantheacon.com.

Important Dates for PantheaCon 2016

July 1 –On line (with PayPal) and Mail-in Conference Membership Registration  is open, but closes Jan. 15, 2016; after that register on site. A PDF Membership form for printing and mailing is also on the page. Mail must reach us by Jan. 15.

July 1 – Programming Item Applications Open

August 1 – Vendor Applications open

September 1 – Round 1 deadline for Programming Items. Early submissions improve your chances for acceptance.

October 1 – Final deadline for Presenters (Programming closes to submissions)

October 15 – Vendor Applications close

$70 (Sep 1 – Dec 31) –  Pre- registration all weekend rate;

Single day rate: $40 for a full day, $20 for an evening only
