All my compositions are contrived spaces that seek to illuminate Taoist principles present in the natural world. Viewed through the lens of Jungian philosophy, my work meditates on the understanding that external and internal phenomena reflect one another; thus revealing not only the inherent oneness of their dual nature, but also the dual qualities of my own psyche. A deep reverence for nature’s complex, entropic perfection is the animist intensity that is integral to my process. Endógeno is a psychological space that aims to illustrate the rich complexity of the inner world of the individual. This composition attempts to make the intangible tangible through a visual metaphor that depicts our private dimension of existence—a place where the mystery is inexhaustible, and the potential, immeasurable. The title suggests that this here is the point of derivation; the place where the seed of manifestation is sewn. The space in which it blooms over and over again before incarnating in the real.
